CURRENTLY ON PAUSE DUE TO COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES

Meet one on one with your therapist for 50 minutes. The two of you will work on the issues you've chosen to address in counseling. 

Imagine speaking with someone who is fully focused on your feelings and thoughts. Imagine someone who listens to you without judgment or expectation. Someone who is actively listening to you without a cellphone in their hand. This is the beauty of therapy. 

The therapist carefully selects a group of clients who are ready and able to participate in group work. (Not everyone is ready for a group, and that is okay.)


Group participants work together with the therapist on similar issues and concerns which members of the group share, such as "Depression and Anxiety in Adulthood." 

Wellness Workshops are topic specific one- day events. We will cover a variety of topics. The workshops will be open to the public, and are not a therapy session.
